Our commitment to provide high quality service extends long after your purchase of a brand new Toyota.

Through Express Maintenance Service (EM), we guarantee a 60-minute servicing lead time through our Appointment System. Customers receive regular maintenance reminders through a Maintenance Reminder System.

EM Service is available for Altis, Vios, Camry, Corolla, Echo, Corona, Yaris, Revo, Innova, Hilux 4x2, Rav4 4x4 and Tamaraw FX.

To ensure smooth processing of your servicing needs upon arrival at our dealership, please observe the following procedures:

HOW DO I AVAIL OF EM SERVICE?

Step 1:

You can schedule your service visit by calling (632) 581-6171, (632) 834-2743 or 0917-5793209 at least 2-3 days earlier. Ms. Lucky Ignacio or Mr. Carlo Ramos will be happy to assist you.

Step 2:

Please arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before your appointed schedule for the reception process and confirmation of work order.

Step 3:

Inform the Service Advisor of your desired SERIES type (5T Km Series, 10T Km series, 20T Km Series, 40T Km series).


SERVICE WITHOUT APPOINTMENT / WALK-INS

Walk-in customers shall be entertained on a "First Come, First Serve" basis.
